Bunal Custom Homes was started in the Mid 1950's by its founder Peter A. Bunal.  Building affordable, conventional stick built homes in the Rome, NY area. 

In 1976 his son Dan Bunal joined the family business, and is still the President of the company to this day.  As the building industry changed over the years so did Bunal Custom Homes.

We incorporated in 1985, and have maintained a solid and professional business plan along the way. Enlarging our building area to all of Central New York.

With our own in house design capabilities we can custom design you a beautiful Center Hall Colonial home, a Green build Timber Frame house, or a Super energy efficient SIPS home. We can also build your new home using your own plans.
